Final Conference: „Access to Justice for the Most Marginalized"

На 30 септември 2021 година, се одржа завршната конференција на проектот “Пристап до правда за најмаргинализираните” во организација на Фондацијата Отворено општество – Македонија заедно со партнерските организации Станица ПЕТ и ХОПС. Проектот беше финансиски поддржан од Делегацијата на Европската Унија, а беше имплементиран во периодот од јануари 2020 до октомври 2021 година.

На завршната конференција беа презентирани постигнатите резултати на проектот и најчестите прекршувања на човековите права во време на пандемија, а се разговараше и за Законот за Бесплатна правна помош и Целта за одржлив развој 16.3 на национално ниво.

Воведни обраќања на настанот имаа г-н Фрик Јанмат, Раководител на одделението за економски развој, владеење на правото и јавна администрација при Делегацијата на ЕУ во Северна Македонија, г-н Бојан Маричиќ, Министер за правда на Република Северна Македонија и г-а Фани Каранфилова–Пановска, Извршна директорка на Фондацијата Отворено општество – Македонија.

Во рамки на вториот панел од конференцијата беа презентирани клучните резултати на проектот како и најчестите прекршувања на човековите права кои беа идентификувани. Свои обраќања на панелот имаа Христина Василевска Димчевска – Координаторка на проектот, Игор Јадровски – член на Комисијата за спречување и заштита од дискриминација, Весна Шапкоски – Координаторка на проектот од Станица П.Е.Т. и Хајди Штерјова Симоновиќ – извршна директорка на ХОПС.

Третиот панел беше резервиран за презентација на клучните наоди од поготвените извештаи за примена на законот за бесплатна правна помош како и за имплементацијата на ЦОР 16.3 на национално ниво. На третиот панел свои обраќања имаа: Гоце Коцевски  Македонско здружение на млади правници, Стојан Мишев – автор на Анализата за следењето на имплементацијата на Целта за одржлив развој (ЦОР) 16.3 на национално ниво и Катерина Шојиќ – авторка на Извештајот за имплемeнтација на Законот за Бесплатна правна помош.

Во рамки на проектот беа обезбедени повеќе од 5.000 услуги за најранливите граѓани – оние кои ги изгубија работните места да ги остварат правата, граѓаните кои се соочија со дискриминација и системско кршење на човековите права, на жртвите на семејно насилство, како и на граѓаните кои имаа потреба од остварување на социјалните, имотните и други права.  Заложбите продолжуваат под мотото “Ако правото не е достапно за сите, тогаш и правдата не е достапна за сите. А ако правдата не е достапна за сите, таа не е право туку привилегија!”

On 30th of September 2021, was held the final conference of the project „Access to Justice for the Most Marginalized”, organized by the Open Society Foundation – Macedonia together with the partner organizations LET Station and HOPS. The project was financially supported by the Delegation of the European Union, and was implemented in the period from January 2020 to October 2021.

On the final conference were presented the final results of the project and the most common human rights violations during the pandemic and were discussed the Law on Free Legal Aid and the Goal for Sustainable Development 16.3 at the national level.

Introductory speeches at the event were given by Mr. Frick Janmat, Head of the Department for Economic Development, Rule of Law and Public Administration at the EU Delegation to North Macedonia, Mr. Bojan Maricic, Minister of Justice of the Republic of North Macedonia and Ms. Fanny Karanfilova – Panovska, Executive Director of the Open Society Foundation – Macedonia.

At the second panel of the conference were presented the key results of the project as well as the most common human rights violations that were identified. Hristina Vasilevska Dimcevska – Project Coordinator, Igor Jadrovski – Member of the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination, Vesna Shapkoski – Project Coordinator from LET Station and Hajdi Sterjova Simonovi – – Executive Director of HOPS had their short speeches at the panel.

The third panel was reserved for the presentation of key findings from the prepared reports on the implementation of the law on free legal aid as well as on the implementation of CDO 16.3 at the national level. The third panel was addressed by: Goce Kocevski – Macedonian Young Lawyers Association, Stojan Mishev – author of the Analysis for monitoring the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16.3 at the national level and Katerina Sojic – author of the Report on the Implementation of the Law for free legal aid.

The project provided more than 5,000 services to the most vulnerable citizens – those who lost their jobs to exercise their rights, citizens who faced discrimination and systematic human rights violations, victims of domestic violence, and citizens who had need to exercise social, property and other rights. Commitments continue under the motto: “If law is not available to all, then justice is not available to all. And if justice is not available to all, it is not a right but a privilege!”
