As part of the project Access to Justice for the Most Marginalized, promotional materials were prepared to inform and educate citizens from marginalized communities. In the period May-July 2022, four different actions for distribution of promotional materials were organized among the citizens of the municipalities of Prilep, Krivogashtani and Dolneni – one in each of the villages where the Mobile Office for Paralegal Aid is active (Krivogashtani, Ropotovo and Vitolishte) and one in in the Roma community in Prilep.
In parallel, the promotional materials were distributed to the local self-government units from the three municipalities, as well as to 10 other local institutions such as the Center for Social Affairs Prilep, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund – Prilep regional department, the Ministry of Agriculture – regional department in Krivogastani, State registry direction – regional departments of Prilep and Krivogashtani, etc.
In this way, a total of 1535 pieces of promotional materials were distributed (170 T-shirts, 240 folders, 140 notebooks, 100 bags, 500 coasters, 300 pens and 225 flyers). From this number, a total of 1110 materials have been distributed to the citizens of the municipalities of Prilep, Krivogashtani and Dolneni, and 425 materials have been distributed to 10 local institutions from these municipalities, according to the distribution plan.
